A general-purpose AI knows the paragraph you just pasted into it. Peduno keeps a case record for every matter — a short, living account of what holds, who is involved, and what has been left open. It reads the documents whole, and it holds a position long enough to defend it.
Nothing enters that record on its own. Every update arrives as a proposal with its source named: adopt it and the record moves a step forward, discard it and everything stays as it was.

In Kanzlei-Gedächtnis you deposit how your firm works — by answering a few questions, by correcting Peduno where something does not fit, and through your own briefs and templates. It proposes, citing your own house, and it asks first — exactly as it does everywhere else.
The content stays yours. None of it leaves your firm, and none of it trains a model.
